Choose first the treatment you would like to book and let us know when you would be available to come to the clinic. The booking system will show the available time slots based on your availability. After choosing the date and time for the appointment, we ask you to kindly fill in your contact information. The last thing is paying for the reservation fee, after which your reservation is complete and you will receive the reservation confirmation by email.

When booking an appointment, we will charge you for a reservation fee of 25 euros, which will be deducted from the total price of your treatment at the clinic. The payment process will be handled by Paypal, which means you can pay by using any common bank or credit card. The rest of the treatment will be paid at the clinic in cash.

You can cancel the appointment by following the link provided in your booking confirmation ???, by sending email to ilkka@dentalkaartinen.com or by calling …. on weekdays between 11 am and 4pm. If you cancel the appointment at least 48 hours prior to your booked appointment, we will reimburse the booking fee within three weekdays from your cancellation. Cancellation made after this are not entitled for the reimbursement.

DentalTallinna-package is for customers travelling from Helsinki to clinic. By choosing one of the treatments that are marked with a star, you are automatically getting the DentalTallinna-package.

This means that after you have made the reservation, we will contact you the next workday at the latest about the ship and taxi trips included in the package. We will book your trips for you through our partner Tallink Silja and arrange your taxi transportation from the harbour to the clinic as well.
